Some Appreciation for Your Body!

Today's episode is a bit different -- woohoo!! I don't always embrace change as much as I should but THIS one I'm embracing! The ladies at my retreat a few weeks ago asked me to record a meditation that I did at the retreat -- so here you go, friends.
